Hot artichoke cheese dip

Serves 3 - 4 as a starter
2 tins artichoke hearts
1 small jar of mayonnaise
200g Mull of Kintyre Cheddar, grated
½ onion finely chopped

  1. Drain the tins of artichokes and chop into small chunks.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. After mixing, transfer to a presentable ovenproof dish and bake in a medium hot oven – 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown and serve with thin water biscuits.
