Cod au Gratin
Serves 4
50g breadcrumbs
4 cod steaks
25g butter
100g Mull of Kintyre Cheddar, grated
Pinch of mustard powder
Lemon to garnish
- Grill the breadcrumbs until golden and leave to cool.
- Season the cod steaks on both sides.
- Place the steaks on foil under a medium grill and put a knob
of butter on top of each steak.
- Grill for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and mustard. Then turn
the fish over and cover with the breadcrumb mix and grill
for a further 6 to 8 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon and serve.
